Each fact in this Port Perry guide comes from an official page, such as the venue's own site or the Township of Scugog. Each page shows the date its facts were checked, and for this page that date is October 7, 2026.
Where the facts come from
Venue facts come from Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel and its operator, Great Canadian Entertainment. That covers the hours, the 19+ entry rule, the hotel, The Nest and the restaurants. Town facts, from the plaques on Queen Street to the Waterfront Trail, come from the Township of Scugog.
The Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation are described in their own words, from their own pages and their community book. Two items come from the Township instead: the date of the MSIFN Powwow and the Township's land acknowledgement.
